While it whould be theoretically possible to do this, unlike human corpses, monster corpses don't work in this fashion natuarally. I do not personally recall this happening, but can't dispute it either.

It most certainly did, though that would be a tough one to prove. I can see the programming limitations of it, and well, that it does not affect gameplay at all. I was just pointing out something that I remember. I do recall that if you dropped the sword back on the daemon, the sword attached to the body, did not re-equip.

balrons are supposed to have the entire range of magic broadswords on each drop in the same % quality drop as it would for any magic weapons it dropped. (accurate through +25 vanq)

the broadswords seem to be capped at force right now which isn't accurate.


i used to have a vendor at moonglow gate that sold just broadswords I got from the hordes of balrons i killed back in t2a era.

deamons are different they should have normal broadswords.

As of a couple days ago the broadsword drops on balrons and terra warriors were dramatically corrected.

I do not... Tera loot has been screwy since last september, however. Are yo usaying I can finally loot vanqs off of the tera warriors?

my latest Balron I killed gave me 1300 gold, a crappy broadsword and "a bottle of wine" seriously? I am hoping that perhaps the Balron looted it off an orc or something.

They aren't all going to be winners, but there is no cap on the weapon.

I would like to add to this. My concern being After the balron loot was fixed, (Late March) the drops seemed much more reasonable.

(Early Aprill) Balron melee damage was increased Loot still seemed normal.

(Mid Aprill) Balron Melee damage was overdone slight reducing. Loot Seems to have gone back to, One force broadswrd. Gold and a scroll or two.

I tackled a dozen before adding this post. The best item i got along with the standerd above loot was plate arms of hardning./?."!/.?

Perhaps when the changes where re-verted the loot was also affected?

There's been no reversal of loot, just checked. Good theory, but I think it must have been bad luck. It's not changed since the fix.
