I agree, if someone accepts a buyout, and you have the pms between you and he, turn them into the moderators and he will be banned for forum scamming/not following rules. It's that simple.

Has nothing to do with having the gold this very second.. He agreed to sell to me at 5 mill- and gave me a week or so to get the remaining gold I needed.

That was the agreement . He broke the agreement and should be forum banned.
