He's banned as everyone already knows. He couldn't afford it anyway.

If you are referring to me, i have maybe commented without bidding on at most 2 or 3 in the entire 6 months I've been on UOSA.
Scenarios where you've commented on valuation without bidding - rather than go back the entire 6 months I stopped, I think the point is made.

That is some epic detective work. Point surely was made, and I enjoyed the laugh.

haha, funny you say point was made when some of those threads were my own, if Bixby Legbone is selling a house, he is selling MY house, i'm definitely allowed to comment on my own threads. Any when yer right, yer right. I fail to see where any of those threads were misquoted on price.

Also, over half of those posts you listed were positive quotes on prices for my buddies properties, If someone is commenting on pricing and is right, what is the problem? I trade housing/items probably twice as much as anyone here, minus a few of my trade partners/buddies. I believe i have a good idea what housing and items are worth. You show me a sell for 5 million on this house and i will take back everything i have said.

And had the op not smarted off to a buddy of mine when he made a reasonable starting bid(since none was listed) i wouldn't have said anything.

2.5 million is nowhere close to the 5 million is quoted.

Edit: Out of the 6 quotes listed, 4 of the 6 properties were my OWN properties. Try again newbnewb.

None of the posted threads identify you as the OP, if you're admitting to being a shill that's another story. To my initial point, regardless of positive/negative posts on valuation for items listed it's apparent some folks feel the need to chime in on many property deals when they are not bidding (and now admitting to working in the shadows while using proxy seller(s)). I'm certain the bids can speak for themselves and the market will equalize fine without you confirming/denying the sbs/bos/bids published in other people's threads (even if it is your proxy's thread).

Edit1 - removed 'real estate' and replaced with 'property' - there is nothing 'real' about this.

Edit2 - seems your need to drive the market is not relegated to property threads viewtopic.php?f=74&t=56637. I got this nugget via PM, seems others are enjoying the sniffing-out of self-importance.

It has nothing to do with setting the market or anything else, it has to do with i KNOW the market, and alot of people don't. I have at least 20-30 guys that come to me for price checks. So when I offer a price check on something, it is accurate and has nothing to do with setting the market.

As far as admitting to being a shill(or whatever meany word you called me), I work with 5 or 6 other guys. It has nothing to do with being a (insert weird word here). So when someone else is the op, selling my property, yes, that happens alot and not with just my team. No one person sells their whole teams properties. You are obviously a nubnub like your name states so how bout you get back to killing orcs and ettins and let the big boys play with our millions.

No one asked you for a price check in any of the posts cited...

I don't see 5-6 other guys posting in your "team's property" threads positioning themselves as individual actors... I only see 1 guy, in nearly every thread, bumping gums.

In terms of knowing the market, in this thread you were off by 25% - maybe you have some homework to do.

Notice you've transitioned from your initial position of "I have maybe commented without bidding on at most 2 or 3 in the entire 6 months I've been on UOSA" to "so when someone else is the op, selling my property" to "I KNOW the market, and alot of people don't". Are you a congressman?

25% isn't really a huge margin considering HE was off by 200%...i would take the 25% plus or minus any day.

And all of those threads you cited, they were my buddies who actually appreciate my price checks. This guy just happened to smart off to one of my buddies who actually put in a legitimate starting bid. He never once said SB is 5 million, he left it open. So when someone comes in with a 500k SB which is fair(in this market) and he comes out with a try adding a couple more 00's...he shoulda put the SB at 5 million in the first place instead of smarting off to his first bidder. That's the problem here, not my price checks.

I'll be the first one to shut up, after getting my point across. I'm the one being treated as the enemy when all I did was take up for the bidders that had legitimate bids and some person thinking their property is worth 10x more than it is, wants to smart off to the bidders. If he really felt like his property was worth 5 million, ALL he had to do was list a 5 million SB...but instead he waits for someone to list what they think it is worth, and then bashes their bid. That is nonsense.
