This home was purchased for 500k back in July, I'm sure it doesn't command that much value now with lower population, but being a rare, one of a kind type building, I'm sure it still has alot of value. At 5k per ticket, I figured these tickets would sell out fast.

If you don't pick it up, it defaults to 2nd place. You should go on vacation, you deserve it for being #1!
