Bid honored... but remember that the bid increment is a deed. Perhaps go l shape plus small instead of 5.5? It is not only less money than 5.5... but it is the way to bid.

We are at 2x Keep plus L-shape, plus one small.... Auction will go another 48 hours until all bidders have had an opportunity to bid.

yes... I changed your bid to something cheaper...
I meant to say that bid increments should all be in WHOLE house deeds in any mix as long as it is a bid increase.
You are still winning at 2x Keep plus L-shape, plus one small.
2x Keep plus 5.5 smalls = 1,571,300gp
2x Keep plus L-shape plus small = 1,566,600
I am just helping you bid better and save money with my poorly explained rules is all.
If you want to overpay, I am okay with that... I tend to overpay for things I want too. like a tip or something... haha.

As of now, Boxcar Sean is in the lead with 1.7 mil for this Keep and will end Tuesday at 7:26pm Eastern.
IF more bids are made, then this Keep auction will end no later than this Friday (December 6th) at 10pm Eastern. No more extensions will happen beyond that date.
