I didn't mark any courtyard runes, so if the new owner wants them, they will have to pull it down and mark them.

Sniping a bid at the last minute few seconds will probably be ignored.

This auction ends 48 hours after the last bid is made.

I meant to say that bid increments should all be in WHOLE house deeds in any mix as long as it is a bid increase.
