What does buying this patio have to do with PVP? Oh! What your saying is..
You want to use it to put bots at the end of the patio so when your whole guild hauls ass up towards chaos shrine you can have the leading edge.

Truth. The way I make gold here is I kill Freight in the field then take his 100-200k worth of loot and his mare and sell them...
