its still for sale technically fagabeefe has an offer on the table that im checkin with my partner first over that being said i will still take a full bid of instant 2x deed fagabeefe is paying that also but wants to finance with us and im fine with that just wanna make sure my partners are aswell

If I didn't love my tower I'd buy this in a heartbeat, but I've always been more of a tower guy.
