I call shenanigans on this sale. Seller updated his post to say "goes back up for sale if not contacted in 8 hours" in the previous thread that was edited at 920pm on the 15th. This house was back up on the market at the same time. Your terms to reply by were unreasonable.

You can call Shenanigans all you'd like Saturday the house will be sold. The "original" buyer has yet to message me and 24hrs is ample time to drop me a line. His loss if you don't agree then we conduct business differently. But I'm not going to sit on a house if I have a feeling the first "buyer" isn't going to contact me.

I think this keep is worth atleast 3 mil and anyone offering you less should be ashamed of themselves also +1 for being a good trader!
