Levi won the bid. Once deeds are transfered ownership of the house will be transfered to Levi.

Doing the deal with Lord Of Death right now.
Tara is broker deal is 2 l shape deeds and 2 smalls.

Transaction went smoothly with Levi and Tara. Deeds were transfered and then house. I would do business with them again in the future.
