I don't like it. I think it recreates a gameplay environment that never actually was. Granted, the fact that it never existed was due to player ignorance of the possibility and OSI Staff Policy on such things, but we all know this shard doesn't follow OSI Policies. Regardless, it is what it is and you should conduct yourself accordingly. Learn to play with it. Everyone else has.

Bottom Line: Its here to stay because it was mechanically possible during the era. Carry on.

No server should have exploites like this. its just damn retarded nothing else.. and the fact that its not like this on most UO shards proves that its a failure even more..

Perhaps you should actually review those previous threads which include sentiments from the staff -- which includes that they will not be appealed to for the 'good of the popultation' when known-accurate mechanics are the question of the day.

This is not a new issue, this was present long before I joined this shard -- and I knew the risks coming in. I still joined. There seems to have been a recent influx of new players as well. If you aren't willing to stick it out, then there's always the option of not playing, but going on like this is unbecoming of any adult and you won't get your way because you throw a fit.

You misunderstand me. If you have a valid, new point -- one that is about era accuracy -- that relates to this issue, bring it up. Otherwise you're repeating the same song and dance thats been repeated for over a year, and not doing it any different than others before you. The GM's have made it abundantly clear that this is an issue of accurate mechanics, and as such is not going to be leaving. There simply is nothing to appeal to: you'd be more effective talking to a brick wall about this issue, because as it stands now its not going away.

My point is your appeal to emotions isn't just falling on deaf ears, its a year plus too late.

GMs are not gods GMs doesnt know everything and becuz they say it was like this back then doesnt make it right. beside this is a runUO bug so i dotn even know where they get these data from. but ye fuck it..

If you'd actually read the other threads, you would find plenty of evidence to show, both past and present, that this exists in live shards... not just in T2A. Just because its a flaw in RunUO doesn't mean it didn't exist elsewhere.

Also, you're welcome to your opinion, but era accuracy is the only thing that makes this shard what it is. If you don't like that slant, you're welcome to leave -- but your ranting and raving does nothing but make you look infantile.

You're right, I was too harsh, so I edited my post even before you replied. I think you have good intentions, but I just felt like you were lashing out against the staff for their direction of the shard that they have worked hard to maintain.

In regards to your videos, I think it's an excellent idea, but think it's a shame that you use those client mods as it gives the wrong impression about the shard (ice halberds etc).

Its all good man. It wasn't my intention to make any feel like that or the staff.

I do admire people that can take the time and recreate what we all once loved i know how much work it is since i had good contacs to many GMs over the years playing.

Havent even been a decent europa t2a free shard to play since way back then Blitzkrieg.
