Yeah, I think people are deterred by the fact that it's a patio. I also don't think they realize an L + brick fits wherever a patio fits.

I think its vice versa, I think patios are more desirable. Bricks and patios it seems to be are much more rare then Lshapes. Even though Lshapes have more lockdowns/secures, they are easier to place due to the L shaped style. whereas a brick or patio is just a big square and harder to place. Where an L shape fits, a lot of bricks and patios WONT fit, however, where a patio or brick fits, most l shapes will fit there as well. Patios are awesome, especially for tamers and things of that nature. I would have jumped on this in a heartbeat, had I not bought my tower. This is a great house, and how often do you see a patio for sell? Its RARE. This is cheap as heck too.
