Just get 2 accounts, 1 with a packy ( the one without stealing ) and get inside a house. Then just follow my previous post.

More questions -
What's a good way to raise Resisting Spells on a melee character? Most monsters seem to go dry on mana after a short bit and just chain Circle 1-4 spells on you as they regen mana. Gains seem to go to crap pretty quickly.

Re: All in one...
resist is one of the hardest skills to gm.. there is no short way of doing it, you just have to repeatedly cast spells on yourself.

Re: All in one...
The lockpicking guide is a bit funny... I can't get any gains on gm boxes at all as the locks are too complicated. I've also found my gains stop after a while if I use the same box.
Has anyone else noticed this?

Re: All in one...
Here's how i did it. (You need theGood Lock Level to skill up. Lock level is determined by the Tinker skill when you are creating a lockable box.)LargePiece wrote:The lockpicking guide is a bit funny... Skills gain Chart ;
30 - 54 = 40 Tinker Wooden Box.
** - 72 = 50 Tinker Wooden Box.
** - 83 = 65 Tinker Wooden Box.
** - 95 = Gm Tinker Wooden Box.
** - I cant pinpoint the exact minimum skills required to unlock those boxes , but i was always caping my skill before Switching to a higher Lock level , and it worked from 30 to 95 with the box in the chart. ( i trained 2 char up to 95 using that method. )
If you need help with that , or if you need the proper box , contact me in game or on Irc. (Shivers)
Re: All in one...
I think the max gains per box was introduced after T2A. Only took me 3 boxes to reach 95.LargePiece wrote:The lockpicking guide is a bit funny... I can't get any gains on gm boxes at all as the locks are too complicated. I've also found my gains stop after a while if I use the same box.

Re: All in one...
Hmmm, maybe I'm just expecting gains too quickly. Did you guys macro in houses or outside?
Re: All in one...
I did mine just in town.
Load up with 250 lockpicks and go to sleep for the night with the macro running. I was pretty much always maxed out on that box when I woke up in the morning.

Re: All in one...
I've got another question about Resisting Spells...
If I am casting damage spells on myself in town, but my Eval Int is locked at 0, will I still get Resisting Spells gains? Or do you need Eval Int for the gains?
EDIT: You do not need Eval Int.
