Yes they break but, you dont have to look for pants if you die and get rezzed...so you can pop back on your sandals

u sure sandals will break with skirts/kilts? always thought they counted as a "pants layer" even though they don't block wearing armor.

No skirts/kilts are there own layer.

I tested kilts/half aprons and they don't protect sandies.
