The wreath can be dyed and the deed retains the color when you take the decoration down.

These came out years ago on reindeer and haven't been released sense. The wreath can be dyed any color so the color of the deed shouldn't effect the price of the item. That being said these have become very rare over the years and IMO 3 small deeds seems like a very small price to pay.
