I think this is an excellent idea. Putting the contents of a player's back and bankbox into a deed that is newbie, non-transferrable, and cannot leave their backpack(similar to quest items) would be great. It would also eliminate a lot of items quite quickly. Even if they continue forward with the other save strategies, this would be a good idea.

Any character/account who hasn't logged in for a long enough period for all their homes to go condemned and collapse should be subject to this.
