My guess is that the frenzied ostard in question was purchased from JACKO. JACKO is known for selling refurbished ostards which are not guaranteed in their condition.

As a fair business person, I would be willing to accept the defunct ostard and exchange it for a brand new one.

I will then take the defunct ostard to the salvage yard...
