What about keeping it all, and letting me use it to start up the NEW players guild again? I was VERY successful on IPY running NEW.

I like Millerisfuntoplay idea, i have no pks, but one town for all the pks, this little town would deffinently make a good pk city. Regardless of era accurate, it adds character to the shard.

Buccs rarely gets used now. Why ensure this stays a ghost town too?

This is true. Buccs is normally empty of player characters. And though I am not a pk and have no red characters, I like the idea of another town for murderers. But if they wont use it, why have it? I say it should be a guild town. Or at least a player/guild run town. Its a great piece of property and UOSA history. I would hate to see it be parted out or go IDOC (though this would be a sweet event! The Fall of Shadowmire!) but if it did, that too would be a part of UOSA history.

add ons should be removed yes, it has been a ghost town for 2 years now. Remove the add ons and no more problems of trying to sell this piece of land, can just let it idoc.

After further reflection, I have decided to give the housing to a “non-profit” organization. There have been a few candidates come forward with good ideas on how to use the area. I will do some checking around and try to make my decision soon. This will be the 3rd time I've given this area over for a guilds use. Each time, the folks have been honorable enough to give it back.
