A lot of people have been saying ti slowed down, but I am at 97.6 Magery and have 88.9 Resist. Im pretty sure I will end up in the low 90's by the time I gm magery.

Sounds about right to me. I haven't GMed resist in a year but back then it was just as you state - high 80s to low 90s when you finish magery.
