This can be accomplished by you folks.

Agree to a certain day of the week to be "Bucs Day". If it is talked about as as scheduled event type of thing, people are encouraged to hang out in Bucs, either to bank, chat, duel, kill everyone, steal, whatever.

Why not make Sunday Bucs Day?

If it works, we can keep scheduling more Bucs Days until eventually Bucs will simply be the default go-to PvP hotspot.

So stop talking about it and take action. Spread the word about Bucs Day if you want activity there.

Some good comments here! Buccs Day is no bad idea, I don't have time to organise such a thing but would definitely show up for some pvp.

Buccs is definitely more active now than it was when I last played this shard. Most reds I met didn't attack me so it seems that in general reds would rather be neutral while they are banking. I have also seen & pked various blues and had some fights so basically its worth checking Buccs for pvp from time to time.
