well it wasnt (sold for gold), he traded me his neon green sandals (which he got offered 18mil for) for a vendor small and my brit gy house + some gold (secret amount).
but yea it was valued at 5 castle deeds when we did that deal. so iam pretty sure tj own atm the 2 most expensive small houses on this shard.

nope. hintadir asked me to rebuy the small because he had to serious gold problems after that deal + wanted to buy something else.
i was nice enough to take it back for the same price and just traded it to tj.

The most I ever got for a small house was a tower deed, altho that's hardly enough to be included in this list. :/

I've had some pretty ridiculous offers on my Wind small. Seems like it gets quite a few visotors per day according to the sign - way more than I was expecting!
