Most should follow shadowmire's lead. Talk about doing it right

Except for the fact that at this point, Shadowmire is blessed and privately owned.

The lamp posts at the bog were removed recently after buying the tower I asked Derrick about moving them to a already deco'ed public house he said he'd rather see another contest, and I left it at that .. Me Hans and Shasta were going to try and deco that tower in honor of the lamp posts but with my life having some new things and shasta back to school and hans with his new one, we had not yet been able to really get started on decoing that tower .. Shasta messaged me the other day saying they lamp post had been removed and so he had just dropped the tower seeing there was no more need to deco it seeing it no longer had any special meaning to the shard and was now just land in a swamp near blackfoots land of awsomeness.
This is not a complaint only letting people know that these issues are being addressed.

The original Shadowmire was before my time, yes. Apparently they voluntarily tore everything down when they went inactive? In that respect I completely agree with you; they did what should have been done. Unfortunately the current owner isn't nearly as classy.

I think that if a guild that earned additions goes belly up and vanishes, the blessed additions should vanish with them. This gives consideration to the rules of how they are granted in the first place, which I was under the impression required an active guild that participated in the day to day life of the server.
At least PoD's stuff got ripped down when we went AWOL, as it should have. If Kander starts blabbering about doing a player town again, I'm going to "accidentally" gate his red to town the next time he's in stat loss.

Yeah, we had ownership of Dragon Island. Had a dock and whatnot there.

I think as far as the orcs are concerned, any blessing given should stay there as long as the orcs keep control of it. Ie: road leading up to building - as long as the orcs keep the building let it stay.
Speaking of shadowmire, anyone have any links to what it used to look like? I have heard yet never seen.....

Just a thought... maybe whoever placed the small is saving up for a tower . Or hoping to sell the small to someone who
wants to place a tower there.
another tower that the road leads to would be nice.
