Era accurate is getting scammed about 5 or 6 times before finally buying a small that is impossible to get to alive without being reaper pwnt and an orc looting your key.
My offer still stands. You can buy a house that's already placed or save yourself 20k and find a spot yourself. You can't actually tell if a house can be placed until you have a deed in hand. But after placing/demolishing, repeatedly, I can attest that tons of spots exist for smalls.
