We currently do server wars for 10 minutes between 7am and the 7:10am restart. This affords me an opprotunity to do any maintenace on the shard server before I go to work in the morning, and at off peak hours.

Server restart was around 10-11 am on Atlantic.
and if you are asking for server wars here, you are the ultimate pussy.
If you want to pvp, you can do it anytime the server is up.
If you dont want to risk losing your items, google Playschool Playhouse Ultima Server.
