So we have verified some discrepancies with the placement of npc nobles which I guess needs to be addressed. I do recall alot of nova also bunching up near certain parts of islands. I think it's a combination of poor pathfinding and wandering npcs. Any further proof around this?
It was actually a decent way for a new player to make money, especially if they wanted to role-play something a little evil and created some funny noto killings.

In reference to the OP you can use the bulletin board to find your escorts
