I am truely sorry that you cannot afford my houses. You can try some of the other houses of this style but I think they are going for around the same price. Ty for not posting in my thread anymore.

For everyone else, Matron has not gotten a hold of me to buy anything so these houses are still on the market.

Actually, Matron's offer was for BOTH pieces of your sale. And, it appears both you and he have accepted this deal.

He delayed because he didn't have a bag of limes. Fortunately, I do, and he can get them from me at any time.

To other potential buyers, consider the castle, keep and tower sold. But Matron might put them back on the market for the right price.

Remember that this is for the Keep and Tower ONLY. Of course we will need Blackfoot to agree on brokering this trade.

This guy is trying to derail.

My offer was on both. I will gladly pay the deed cost + a castle deed and the misc junk items for all of the properties.

Probably best to take your chances selling to matron since noone else wants em.

These estates will sell, and for good prices...

I would have payed over 3 mill for that castle a few months ago, I am sure others will grab it up in due time.

Great house spot, did it sell? At least it's at the end of the bog. The ruins are a nice touch.

WTF are you talking about? You built that thing on swampland! It looks like it's going to sink any minute! Seriously, you'd need a book of home inspector approvals for anyone to even think about buying this place. Who wants to buy something that's going to be under the swamp in 6 months? Not to mention the godawful stench coming from that rancid bog...

Come on man, that's like selling a house that's half sliding down a cliff in California. Truly no one here is dumb enough to go for this.

Omnicron, I originally placed the castles next to each other in those spots. I sold the back one to Stranger and the front one to Onslaught after owning them for a year or so. Not interested in buying em back, but you would make a ton if you sold them both as a set. Its probably the only place on the server where 2 castles are placed back to back and are actually aligned.
