Yes, it did indeed do a double hally hit for a long time during T2A. You had to get the timing just right, and it did work.I don't think that would do a double hally hit Kefka. I've done that hundreds of times and it never resulted in a double hally hit.
Also, if that didn't work, then why would you be doing it in the first place? I see no logical reason as to why somebody would double click someone that they already have flagged, then pause for exactly 4 seconds before running up to them for a hit.
You only did the pause if you were doing the double hit.
