I offered to buy this castle for 3.5 mil a couple months ago and he told me he would only accept 7 mil because he had tons of gold and would be stupid to sell a castle.

No one but Stranger will ever offer more for this TT, just a recommendation, I've had my castle up for sale over a month now.. and have only sold it recently.
