Does Med not raise on its on when your not at 100% mana? You have to actually click the button to regen faster?

Meditation skill will not increase due to passive skill gains; however, when not actively meditating, your meditation skill level is still part of the formula used to determine passive mana regeneration.

That´s what I say.

Does that mean when you have 100 Med, there is no passive regen either? Like Ill have to hit Med all the time, or is there passive regen, just it doesnt raise unless you click the skill?

There is passive regen. It´s just like you say, to raise med you need to use the skill.
