I'd so buy this house if it wasn't for the ridge you'd have to teleport over or go around it to get there, these days vendors are all about easy access.

You can window shop below ridge see something that tickles the fancy just tele up.

I have a private bid of 3 small deeds and will sell it to said buyer at midnight tonight if noone bids higher.
This is not me trying to jack the price but someone who wants to remain anonymous.
