is the owner of the small houses north or the keep south active?

how is it possible to scam someone with a broker unless the broker is in on it?

if ur using a honest broker, there is almost no way to be scammed. How ever there have been lots of faked trusted brokers

Anyway, if you want the tower i suggest you talk to one of the trusted brokers and have them meet you with their real account. I.E Brother Tabius has the $$$ guild tag. Basically those who get scammed with all the available security this shard has to offer probably deserve it.

1) Place a bid.
2) Confirm you won.
3) Msg one of 4-5 trusted brokers on this site and tell them what your deal is.
4) Do the deal.
5) If your not a complete idiot you will have a smooth transaction.

Those people you see flame me every chance they get...well im sure you could take a guess as to why. Also im sure you could figure out they either have poor house security or don't like to use safe and secure methods for purchasing homes. At this point, they only have tears left to share with the rest of you....

This dude is so full of crap. Its already rumored he Looted someones account he KNEW, and him and axe ABUSED the trust i had with axe after dealing with axe on other transactions to scam me. So yes be warned, they may say get a broker etc. and yes you may get what you paid for etc. Bottom line is if they see an opportunity to screw you over they WILL take it. Even if they have done LEGIT deals with you previously.

Meh, i will sell these towers eventually its not a big hurry. If i don't sell them soon, i will sell them through a private broker in about a month for 2x as much so whatever. Last tower that sold on our forums was for Deed + large brick deed. All i was asking was deed + small house deed, and both locations were lower spawn and pop then the one that just sold. I'll give it another day then pull my posts.

Im sure you will sell them, that doesnt take away from the point that screwing people has consequences.

With the glut of towers on the housing market I don't see why anyone would take a risk dealing with you.

How is buying a tower from me through a broker you choose a risk? I mean unless you are a complete idiot and just don't even bother thinking about what your saying...

You don't have to post in every one of his threads about him being a scammer. Posting once in the "scammers" thread should be sufficient. People who play UO should know how to play UO and prevent being scammed (ie a broker). It just becomes annoying and makes you sound like a whiny bitch if you keep discrediting him in every post (deservedly or not).

i remember when i used to play ultima before i made deal and left my self open to be scammed. we both got what we wanted and the guy flagged me as a scammer on all my threads out of spite. the gm's didn't care either. most likely this whiner is gonna get away with ruining peoples business untill he gets banned from forums.

wait a sec... they have brokers on this shard? why do they need brokers to sell house deeds? no one should profit off of selling a house but the person selling it. are they free or what? if you don't trust the person your buying a house off of but they trust you then your more likely to scam them before they scam you. i don't know how dishonest people on this shard are yet but i can't see someone ruining all there sales to sell one house. sounds to me like this shard is full of world of war craft whiners. that would suck because i played world of war craft and it was lame and uninteresting. possibly the worst online game ever made.
