I have to assume they are marked, especially since we made it public, that said I would block any CY spot

Making it public shouldn't matter. They had to have been marked before the keep was placed. Unless there is a way in there now?

Ahhhh yeah, we marked it up before we took down the 5 smalls and placed

I know you are dead set on your price but you lose people's interest when you raise the price to double the price of the deed or more. It may seem like we are running out of spots but most of the big spots you'll notice are owned by inactive players and you'll probably see a boom in big housing before summer is up.

I hear you, its a balance between what we want for it and what the market will bear.

Point is you cannot go place a keep, let alone a keep in a nice spot. Towers can be had all day long, but not keeps and even when a castle or keep falls odds are it will be blocked up by several people wanting huge sums of money to buy out their smalls.

We wouldnt sell it at all if it wernt for the fact we have other real esate matters we would like to fund.


Everyone says the shard is dying I for one will bank the keep and money that it grows when the summer is over.


When we have 600-750 active players online the keep will go up to 2 mil and beyond.

The 1.4 to 1.6 we want is a bargin compared to what its going to cost down the road.

People are bidding a mil + on statues of cocks and bags that dont do anything.

If I need to wait a year to get 1.6 then I wait a year to get 1.6

Thats a long time to wait, but I'd do the exact same thing, you have no need to sell so hold it til you get a price you like. I'd go for a castle thats actually safe. That'd be awesome.

Thats another option down the road, buy out a neighbor or two and place a castle

Marms Keep just sold for 1.2, before BeatingU wasted our time he had bid 1.3 mil

So were not far off from a price we would sell, then there is always the possibility that one of the three partners buys the other out.

Just no reason to let it go on the cheap, not like its sits on Dagger isle or in a swamp
