This is a fulltime server. The server is brought down for a total of maybe 5 minutes everyday. OSI had their servers down for 30+ minutes everyday. What are you talking about?

Two suggestions for you.
1) Stop making threads in CAPS LOCK (it looks like a 10 year old is posting)
2) Please research and understand the subject you talking about before you post.

This isn't a PVP only shard, if you just joined (going by your completely RIDICULOUS statement) why the fuck are you looking for duels. You have 7 spells? STFU, you ain't dueling for 2 weeks.

Go macro or go hunt, but suck it up princess. There are plenty of other shards with skill stones to start off with.
