True that! I shop at Theogards place almost exclusivity due to being well stocked, reasonable prices and all in one shopping.

Just a random thought really, but it seems to me that the last patch may have given some value to cove realestate, now that there is no banker, and the random stuck menu will randomly send players there. Sound like a good spot for a reagent/scroll and rune vendor to me.
