If someone with my name in game is trying to sell this to you for less then 2.3 million then know for sure that its a scam.

If and when a strike a deal with someone, you can expect it to be a brokered trade with a trusted broker.

I really don't know how these towers were placed. Obviously the new housing patch wasn't researched extensively because you could never place two towers right next to each other like it's being done on this server right now. Wings are right next to each other, overlapping basically, it's pretty sloppy.

This has been possible for quite some time.

Regardless of what housing patch it was, it's inaccurate period. The wing is part of the house, henceforth there should be at least a one tile space between all wings (on the east/west side). To the north side of the wings it should be considered the back of the building, henceforth it needing 5 tiles. If you go to marble island, you'll just need to take a loot at those towers to know it's inaccurate.

You have been able to place like this for a while, but I will second that this was not possible on OSI.

I hope these become grandfathered and I sell em to someone for ten bazillion ga-jillion gold.
