Have heard rumors that the owner of this house goes by Gold(s) in irc. If you see him online I'll give you 5k to make sure to communicate this thread to him AND relay his response to me. Or just tell him to contact me directly.
Also verify that in fact he is the owner of this small.

I'm getting the feeling I'm dealing with an entire guild that doesn't use irc or view the forums.
I have left a book on the steps and haven't seen a response there either.
Does anybody have any ideas?
