i think the simple 'use skill tracking' that is on all their chars may tip them off to your plan (also earthquake will kill all of your sheep without killing your weak players)
a permit is easier

We are willing to make that sacrifice for the welfare of the sheep of UOSA. Honestly, given the lengths we will go to, I believe it is in your best interest to simply purchase a permit. You will save time and gold.

Are you really going to use 9 char slots just to protect those sheep, maybe from someone who already has 100 counts and could care less if he takes a few more counts?

It is amazing, the lengths people will go in order to try to spite someone else.

You can make 10k shearing sheep in a few minutes. But people will spend hours and hours, collecting sheep over and over, logging in to find their poor, lifeless bodies littered on the ground, just to try to spite cA.

I love this game so much. Someone should write a social psychology thesis on it.

Department of Sheep Husbandry

Objectives: The Department of Sheep Husbandry ensures that all player ran sheep farms do not pose a health risk to the public. Players who wish to run a sheep farm must purchase a permit from [cA]. Permits cover one building for the life of that building.

All permit holders must display their permit code on the sign of the home or homes in question, e.g., Hemperor's Leet PVP Tower (SP-2348).

Permit Cost: 10,000 gold
