Still have the one next to the L avail. Pretty funny how the biggest guild on the shard is too cheap to buy property right in front of their guild operations.

lol its because noone wants it. infront of the castle or not, noone wants it, hence the reason your running a scam vendor, and trying to cover it up by saying you sold it?

Actually the real owner of the house borrowed some money from me to purchase it. I can vouch that felix does not own the house.

Actually it wasnt a cA member at all. I don't know if this vendor is "scammy" or not. I don't really care to be honest. I was just stating that I know felix does not own this house.

i highly doubt felix doesont own it anymore, noone in their right mind would pay 350-600k for a small.
also, you first said u saw a K^A member refresh the house, but now you loaned them the money to get it? if you loaned them the money, whos the new owner?
