It doesnt work anymore, but in late lbr time it worked, those that lived in felucia had tons of powerscrolls and where selling them ultra cheap on vendors, you did not even have to go far, vendors around moongates could sell powerscrolls for 100k that sold for millions in trammel.

Now days powerscrolls go for 5-20k each in trammel cause its no risk in going to felucia to get them anymore. Only one that can sell for 10million still is magery 120. And by now 10 million is nothing on osi.

Its same like not beliving that magery 110 powerscroll was going for 2-5 million gp during lbr time while now your lucky if you get 10k for it.

The other thing that really killed housing post Trammel was OSI took F O R E V E R to take down a house that was attached to banned accounts.

I remember Atlantic Felucca, there were two houses right next to me that stood for years and attached to banned accounts, funny enough the owners came back with new accounts and openly talked about it being their houses.

And as an avid IDOC hunter, I found many houses like that. I sat on runebooks full of those types forever till I finally up and quit.
