Stuck option didn't exist in the t2a era.
It existed in 2002, that was the last year I played UO on live. The stuck option was a early adaptation to the game. Just cause you didn't know about it doesn't mean it wasn't there.

Actually Faust, you can just follow my link and eat your words. Being wrong sucks huh?

ROFL as I pointed out earlier, it sucks being wrong. I never even realized that UO:R was a expansion, I just thought it was a re-packaging of the game to sell it to more people. I guess I thought that cause it wasn't necessary to buy it, T2A you had to buy to get the second lands. I never bought UO:R but never missed out on anything....or did I?

Was it Trammel maybe? I never went to Trammel.

You mean the beginning of the end aka Trammel

Yeah, hehe. I was being facetious, of course. But UO:R gameplay was so much more fun for me. The game became far more diverse instead of tank leets only and the amount of strategy involved in even the most casual skirmishes was more in-depth. Runics were pretty lame, but that was only 6 months or so prior to AoS anyway, which truly ruined UO to me (at least in Trammel, there were still fun things to do with RP communities, but AoS ruined even that much).

Just to clarify, that patch note is dated 8/7/2000. UOR's patch notes date 4/28/2000.

I'm not pointing any fingers or trying to start an "I was right" argument, I'm just clarifying the time line of events and when the stuck option was added in-game.

So in exactly what thread did someone come up with concrete evidence that there was no bank in cove?

It's accepted some shards didn't have one and some did. Sonoma certainly didn't have one.

It'd be nice to have ours back given that some shards had it.

I'm just wondering what thread made the change to cove not having a bank. The reason I ask is because I own the tower immediately outside of town. It's the main reason I wanted to buy the tower....and a reason I was willing to pay a premium price. I just hope that we didn't go from having a bank there to not having a bank, just because "some towns had them some didn't". If it's out there I just want to see patch notes of something along the lines "all banks from cove have been removed", not random memories of people who might have possibly played OSI and some random quotes from a forum, or the fact that some towns had them some didn't. Just trying to get to the root of how this change became a no brainer.

I was pretty sure Chessie had one. I never had a red back then, though, but I remember some of us going there to give reds some trouble.

This was before UO:R, too.
