Regardless if its K^A or not, scamming isn't cool. Theres a guy, don't know if he still does it, in Moonglow that sells "full spellbooks" for like 3-4k. They aren't even partly filled, empty as I dont know what. LOL!

Its very easy to macro up a guy with item id and arms lore so you never get scammed on mis-identified/worn items again.

Item id will show you the item, charges, number of spells in a spellbook, etc. Very simple.

But not the T mapS! or?

True. My smith has GM Arms Lore and ID Item.

this place also got me, blank spell/rune books.

The Vendor is owned by someones fishermen named Fishbeard. After consulting Damascus of K^A i was told that this character does not belong to anyone in K^A.

If anyone has information on this player and his alts feel free to post so that we can all take turns griefing him

Here is a screen shot that i captured. Sadly he recalled right before i took it but you can see in the journal that he was checking his vendors status.

Fishbeard isn't in any guilds sure http://my.uosecondage.com/Status/Player/91138, but i doubt Damascus could possibly know all 346 K^A member's possible alts. It looks likely that the scammer is just trying to trade off the name though. Hopefully one of the pirate crews will find him.

Oh yeah his name is Kilshar (or something) right? I thought I accused him w/o proof, but on another meeting he flat out told me that yeah he's scamming for some gold.

Yea thats him. I decided to fool around with him once and when he gave me the book I gave him like 32 gp or something. He was like wtf. I said thats how much I can get empty book from the mage shop for. LOL!

Thanks for the heads up on another scammer vendor Leo. This is turning out to be a pretty usefull thread. It's sad that so many folks need to scam like this though. I mean it's not like it's hard to get a hold of ID charge wands/staffs. How bad do you need to be at UO to have to scam for amounts like 1500g!? Not worth destroying your reptuation about.

I think i found another one of his scam houses. This one has a sign that says "B-D General Shoppe" and is located just southwest of the minoc moongate. I did not id the items but i has the same setup above the door and similar items/prices in its bag.
