hard to do .. i have seen some very mature teenagers .. and some Really Childish Adults! so how can you put an age requirement on Maturity?

Those are guidelines for parents, not for someone who runs a UO free shard. It's not Derricks job to decide what is appropriate for other peoples children.

Well, its tragic... 3/4ths of the voters agree this is an issue and needs to be addressed. It almost seems like policy in America though... we don’t want to touch issues that are obviously a problem because we don’t want to get the other 1/4 going.
