Here we have a very common in-game item. Because Razor has a feature that replicates this item/spell it has been pushed into redundancy and worthlessness. So much so, one player actually wonders weather or not that this item is rare.
Sure, this might be a minor issue in the grand scheme of the game, but I'm sure it's just one of many examples that proves that using third-party programs for more than just connecting to the shard, has profound impacts, and worth taking note of.

Since this has been moved to the Era Accuracy board, is there anyway to disable the "light" feature for T2A, Derrick?
For accuracy sakes?

There's other threads on this, but the bottom line is, not without requiring Razor to connect to the shard.

Funny party is, you can disable a players ability to use filters, I suggested this a long time ago. That a few other inaccurate features it provides, but players don't like to be inconvenienced.

Well if Derrick says it can't be disabled that is good enough for me, it was something worth looking into since this topic was brought up though.

Derrick knows it can be disabled, what he said was it would REQUIRE the user to connect through Razor, he has also agreed with me in the past that the amount of players at any given time not using Razor is < 4 (and thats being generous).

If what you are saying is true about four or less people using it than you might as well load the script up...

I'm sure it's pretty well known, negotiate Razor features is checked by default... I highly doubt many people have unchecked it (for wahtever reasons) so it's extremely possible and simple to do an actual count of how many people have it checked (and using razor) when players log in.

Well this certainly would add a nostalgia/accuracy feel...of course it isn't game breaking but I'm sure everyone remembers carrying a candle at night as a noob.
