Why are you coining a copyright trademark of Bubba, Inc. son?Guerrilla wrote:i been "loggin on" since u were in diapers son
What a douche statement. "You don't like events cuz u lose."Guerrilla wrote:I'm gonna have to agree with Syntax as well as Blackfoot on this one....
It's a shame how much the newcomers have altered the state of our beloved UOSA.
I think we all know what needs to be done here....
And Psilo, Matron, and etc. (People that don't care about events) Nobody In-game/IRC/Forums is forcing you to join them, all you have to do, is not join.... simple as that.
And sure... Maybe events aren't era accurate, but im going to represent the issue that Syntax touched on... We simply DON'T HAVE THE POPULATION THAT OSI servers had in 97-99 PLAIN & SIMPLE. And besides, be glad that the GM's cared enough to even create the events.
And if you don't like them so much as to try to get them removed/create server bashing-posts, then just don't participate....
Don't ruin the fun for the people that enjoy them.
And lastly, I am gonna agree with Sandro 100% on the non-event loving crowd....
people that want events taken out, more often then not, tend to be the ones losing them....
/shrugs "just sayin"
1+1=2 ?!?!
Yes a gold reward system is EXACTLY what this shard needs:Brules wrote:I am for 100% removal of the automated event system. PvP in a trammel like safe zone is the most inaccurate thing ever. Ditch it, remove the silver system and create a gold sink for gold to replace the silver/rewards system.
If I can get vendor griefed, you all sure as hell need to be able to be event griefed.
if it somewhat matched (possibly a bit more than) what the current prices players were paying for them, the only real difference is that it would be a gold sink rather than gold changing hands as it does now. the problem is that these items would then have a set value rather than letting the market decideArcott Ramathorn wrote:The Gold Sink System sounds interesting but i would hope that numbers would be staggering...say Eleventy Billion Gold for a Clothing Bless Deed.![]()
And NO BAGBALL...EVER! All bagball players cheat and wont show me how to do it!

At least more of those 480-550 are playing the game and not only attending an event and then macroing 3 characters contributing to the inflated #. There has been a significant improvement in the amount of people out and about lately.Sandro wrote: our population now sits around 480-550 average, maybe we see 600 tops during peak hours..
how can you compare winter/spring and summer periods? sure thing, most of the ppl try to take their time and spend it outdoors.Sandro wrote:we used to have an average of over 700 clients, peaking around 800 (our all-time 827 if im not mistaken) when events were untouched..
threads of complaining + time + influence lead to the reduction of events..
our population now sits around 480-550 average, maybe we see 600 tops during peak hours..
coincidence?
