After having scouted the scene, i began my operation to wipe out the sheep being treated cruelly.
.
It would appear that members of [STD] did not want to talk maters over. 2 Members of [STD] took up arms and chased me down in name of their illegal sheep.
After having ran for my life i decided to think maters over and return later. A return visit resulted in all illegal sheep being euthanize
I fear it will not be long before sheep pens are restocked.

Do I need a permit for my boat, or is there a different nautical permit I can get?
Also, if I park a 10-25 HP (Magical hat) toon inside one of those houses, will that toon die with the sheep?

You need a permit for all sorts of sheep farms.
No, that toon will not die.
