just grab alot of friends from application games on myspace and facebook then keep posting UOSA in bulletins to advertise. You need to find the "player base"

How be when you create a character, you get a bola ball that never leaves your bag. When you click it will say "Have you voted today"? When you double click it, it brings you to the "vote selection" screen in your browser.

Only eye soar being a small ball in your back pack that "can" be dropped. Shouldn't force people to vote, just tiny reminders.

I would be all for having the bullitin board that is on each bank linking directly to our preferred voting site, honestly I just never think about it out of game. When I am looking for a bank I just run around until I see the board and then do my banking. It wouldn't detract from the scenery and people can be reminded to do it then.

Just an idea.

you guys are so funny thinking that you can "resurrect" your dead memory of UO from back in the day. this shard comes pretty close but there will never be a UO that is the same ever again.

Why? high speed internet connection which has ruined many aspects of the game.

1.)Archery - People couldn't just run away from arrows back in the day because there was so much choppy lag you could gun them down

2.)Random lag spikes from two players that were fighting made it possible to end the fight...Now a days people just run half way across the map from delucia to papua for example or people that do not want to fight at all simple run forever.

3.)Duping was created on the basis that t1a and t2a were on different server boxes for each shard and the slow internet connection trying to hit both randomly would wind it in a loop that placed items on both server boxes duping the item.

for this reason i can kind of see why UO:R implemented so many cheesy tactics (paralyzing blows from spears...potion chucking etc) because having to adapt to the new fast connection made people harder to kill
