What steps would I take as a buyer or seller?

Steps are usually as follows:

1. You agree to sell your home to Player A.
2. You and Player A both agree to use a reputable broker, such as Blackfoot.
3. You transfer your house to Blackfoot.
4. Player A transfer's his gold to Blackfoot.
5. Blackfoot verifies that the house transferred is the correct house Player A plans to purchase, and that the gold Player A transferred to him is the correct amount you are selling the house for.
6. Blackfoot transfer's the gold to you.
7. Blackfoot transfer's the house to Player A.
