looking to buy a couple earthquake scrolls for raising magery please help

It doesn't work like you think it does.
If you have 0% chance of casting a level 6 spell, you will have 0% chance of succeeding the level 8 scroll and 0% chance of gaining Magery with it.
If you have 0% chance of casting a level 6 spell, you will have 0% chance of succeeding the level 8 scroll and 0% chance of gaining Magery with it.
