I am trying to opn UOAM from mydesktop. I have already extracted with Win RAR. Now i cant ge it open. why is this? It keeps telling me that The full version hasn been downloaded yet, buti know it has been.

Actually it hasn't been fully downloaded.
When you get UOAM from the website it first tries connecting to the original UOAM server and download locations to get updated files......................... but they no longer exist.
You need to get the complete download that already includes these files.
This file has the required files to run properly http://www.uoam.net/beta.zip
Note that even with these, at least once a day it will still try to update the non existing files... annoying.

I actually hadto end up getting my buddy to send me his files from gis UOAM folder. I just cut ad pasted into mine and now its working.
