What Crafting skills get GM named?

I need a list of all the Crafting skills that get named when created by a GM.

"An Exceptional (Item) made by (Player Name)"

Carpentry for quarterstaves/shields and the like as well.
And bowcrafing.

So players get their names tagged on GM items for:

Blacksmithing
Bowcrafting
Carpenrtry
Scribes
Tinkers
Tailoring

Ah yes. Carpenters can make weapons aswell!

So basically. All weapons and armors will get a tag. (:

GM scribes put their names on exeptional runebooks as well.

gm tinkers can put their name on mortars and pestles, shovels, etc.
